Martin Sieh, Principal & Co-Founder

Martin SiehA company founder and principal, Marty's leadership has been instrumental in achieving the strong, consistent growth the company has experienced year over year. He leads the service delivery teams focusing on integrated utility expense management, facility optimization, and sustainability solutions for each client. His expertise includes developing and implementing operational and equipment changes required to drive down energy and water expenditures.

Marty holds an electrical engineering degree from North Dakota State University. Prior to launching The Loyalton Group, he spent eight years in the electric power generation industry, developing business solutions to optimize plant maintenance and operations for nuclear and fossil fueled generating stations.

Michael R. Vaughan, Principal & Co-Founder

Michael R. VaughanAs a company founder and principal, Mike has been guiding the company's evolution and growth since its inception in 1996. He leads the energy procurement and information technology teams, focusing on providing scalable energy risk management solutions to the company's diverse and growing portfolio of clients.

With an electrical engineering degree from the University of Minnesota, Mike's career includes over 20 years of experience in the utility and retail energy markets. Prior to founding The Loyalton Group, he spent nine years with Northern States Power Company in electric power generation and national account sales and as the lead project engineer for the first decommissioning of a commercial nuclear reactor in the U.S.

Craig Schilling, Executive Vice President, Client Solutions

Craig Schilling
As the senior individual responsible for all client service
delivery, Craig leads a team of Utility Expense Management, Energy
Procurement, Facility Optimization, IT and Sustainability experts in
providing high level, value driven solutions to the client. Craig spent
two years leading the Energy Procurement and IT team in support of
client contract transactions and customer technology collaborative
tools before his current position. Craig brings 15 years of financial
market and trading experience with a BS in Business from the University
of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Craig is a
former Naval Aviator and is a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
