Founded in 1996 by Michael R. Vaughan and Martin B. Sieh, The Loyalton Group was launched to assist multi-site hotel operators with identifying and securing deregulated energy sources. As value and savings were delivered to each client, the demand for additional services grew to include daily invoice and utility expense management, budgeting, facility optimization and sustainability consulting.
Since our inception, The Loyalton Group has grown to become THE name in energy services for the U.S. hotel industry. A long track record in education, retail, food services, assisted living, multi-family and industrial processing has led to our leading presence in those industries as well.
Along the way, we have remained privately-held and operated by our original founders. Together, they have led the formation of a professional team with the highest level of experience, knowledge, and service in the industry.
Our comprehensive solutions enable us to affect the energy management strategies of our clients in a multitude of ways, from limiting price exposure to the unpredictable energy markets to monitoring and reducing an organization’s carbon footprint.
